Scope
Re-roofing works to multiple pitched roof areas, including:
- Strip and replacement of existing slate coverings
- Installation of new natural slating system (Cupa Heavy 16x10)
- Renewal of battens, underlay, and associated components
- Leadwork to ridges, hips, valleys, and abutments
- Rainwater goods replacement and detailing
Works were delivered in controlled phases to maintain full building operation throughout.
